1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Chicken Road mobile game ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the Game.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chicken Road ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Game and any related services.

You represent and warrant that your content:

• Does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Does not contain libelous, defamatory, offensive, or obscene material
• Does not contain viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code
• Does not violate any applicable law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

The Game, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Chicken Road and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Game
• Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Create derivative works based on the Game
• Copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Game without our prior written consent
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Game

7. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer the opportunity to purchase virtual items or currency ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, to you. You only receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use such Virtual Items within the Game.

All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice.

8. Privacy Policy

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Game
• Any content obtained from the Game
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

The limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chicken Road and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Game
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
